Real Women

    by Generative Human

    Where nothing important is off-limits.

Small, invite-only rooms for senior women who want to talk honestly about work, money, kids, aging parents, and health as they figure out what comes next.

    What Real Women is

    • A private room for senior women carrying a serious load at work and at home.
    • Honest talk about money, health, caregiving, ambition, and the next chapter — the parts you keep off the agenda.
    • Invitation-only, around 10 women, curated by stage and what you're carrying.

    What you walk out with

    • The confidence to take action on one boundary or hard conversation you've been postponing.
    • A core group of women whose work and life look a lot like yours.
    • A clearer definition of what 'next' looks like on your terms.

    In person

    Rooms for the real conversations.

Each session is facilitated by Sally Revell, Executive Coach, and features invited subject-matter experts who bring practical tools and deep expertise tailored to the topic.

    Room #1

Burnout, health, and the cost of holding it together

“You can keep pushing through it, until your body stops.”
    Who it's for & what's in the room ↓

    For

Senior women who look steady on the outside and know their body is carrying the cost already. The broken sleep, the doctor appointment you keep pushing off, the tension you now call normal, the health worry always open in your head.

    In the room

Women who are also leading through record burnout and health flags, ready to talk honestly about what has to change in how they work, rest, and ask for support. Real limits, real options, real strategy.

    You walk out with

One boundary, support ask, or hard conversation you are done postponing, with language and backing from women who get it.

    Room #2

Ambition and your next chapter. On your terms

“The drive is still there. The old success story is what broke.”
    Who it's for & what's in the room ↓

    For

Women whose ambition is alive, but priorities have changed. You care about impact, freedom, and what the next chapter looks like, whether that is a different role, a new field, or building something of your own.

    In the room

Women who are rewriting what leadership looks like in 2026, when burnout is high and the ladder is stalled. Titles, equity, exits, caregiving, identity, and sanity are all on the table while you sketch what next really means for you now.

    You walk out with

A clearer definition of success that fits your real life, plus one concrete move toward it that the room helps you pressure test.

    Room #3

The day job, the night job, and you

“You are doing the day job & the night job, and it's costing you”
    Who it's for & what's in the room ↓

    For

Women carrying a serious role at work and a serious care load at home. Kids, aging parents, partners, logistics, bills. You are the one everyone leans on, and the data says there are millions of you trying to do both.

    In the room

Women who are also in the sandwich: leading at work while caregiving pressure is the number one thing pushing women out of the workforce. We talk plainly about money, time, resentment, support, and what has to give so you do not.

    You walk out with

One care or money decision you are ready to move on, and words to start the conversation with the people who need to hear it.

Why request an invitation (and what happens next)

By invitation only because the mix is what makes the room work. Around 10 women, matched by stage, topic, and what you are dealing with. Currently only in Seattle at The Collective. Other cities if the demand is there.

    1. 01

      Request an invitation

Tell us what you are dealing with and which room fits. No need to polish it.

    2. 02

      We shape the room

We review for fit and curate a group with the right mix of stage, perspective, and honesty.

    3. 03

      We follow up

You hear back with the right room, timing, and what to expect. Usually within a week.

    Request

Request an invitation to a Real Women room.

These rooms are small on purpose. We ask a few questions so we can build the right room around you, to protect quality, trust, and fit. The only requirement is to be honest about what is going on and where you need support.

We read every request and follow up with next steps, timing, and fit.

    Why this matters now

Leadership is shifting, AI is rewriting jobs, and most of the care and mental load still lands on women. The old playbook of performing, pushing through, and waiting your turn is over. These rooms are for sharing what's on your plate and choosing what comes next, with women who carry a comparable load and are ready to act.

    Who this is for

You have a big job, a business or are in a transition. You're also the one tracking kids' needs, health stuff, and aging parents. You are done performing resilience for rooms that do not understand the load. You want honest conversation and clarity on what steps to take next.
