Sally is that rare combination of high IQ and high EQ that makes her an exceptional leader, mentor, and coach. I was fortunate to work on Sally's team during my time at AWS, and we've stayed closely connected as our careers have evolved. Throughout that time, she has consistently helped me navigate complex work situations, major career transitions, and even significant life decisions with clarity and confidence. Knowing I have Sally in my corner has truly been a game-changer. She has a unique ability to challenge you to grow while also providing unwavering support, and she has been one of my strongest advocates every step of the way!

Sally Revell is a rare marketing leader who can cut through noise and focus on concise and impactful outcomes for her clients. I had the opportunity to work on Sally's team both at Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud where she upleveled team members from confusion to clarity quickly. She has an uncanny ability to unlock latent and undervalued skills, fight off distractions and threats, and discover and enable support to make things happen. Outside of the team, I have worked with Sally on refining goals and decision making in my professional and personal life where she has challenged my thinking, kept me honest, and honed my focus. Sally is a fun and genuine person who has proved herself as a leader, friend, and mother with real results, not just fancy diplomas, and can offer perspective to anyone juggling high pressure from aspiring to veteran founder or exec.

Sally's workshop was my favorite session at WiDS. It was inspiring, practical, and genuinely energizing. Her approach immediately resonated with me because it felt both insightful and actionable. Even after our first 30-minute introductory coaching session, I already noticed meaningful shifts in my mindset and approach to my work. This week alone, I have four new clients signed up for diagnostic evaluations, and I'm beginning to approach growth with more clarity and confidence. Choosing to continue working with Sally felt like a natural next step because of her thoughtful, encouraging, and highly impactful coaching style.

View profileLast week, I had the opportunity to sit in on Sally Revell's 'Confidence Toolkit for Women in Tech' workshop, and it was honestly one of the best workshops I've attended. First, the mechanics. I've attended plenty of online workshops and I've run a fair few myself. Getting the right mix of content, discussion, and activity is really hard and Sally's session absolutely nailed it. Then, the content. In an hour, Sally deftly covered what I've spent the last few years working through with my own executive coaches: name your inner saboteur; act your way into certainty, not the other way around; and learn a 30-second reset you can use mid-meeting — feel your feet! To all my women in tech, go find her work. Genuinely one of the best hours I've spent this quarter. Thank you, Sally. Already scheming on how we cause some good trouble together.
